Perched among the trees with a large window framing the lake like a living painting, Ligzda is made for quiet, unhurried days. Inside you’ll find a private sauna and all the comforts for an effortless stay—cook, read, watch the light move across the water. Wrapped in nature, the house feels wonderfully private and tranquil. Ligzda is also available for photoshoots, calm celebrations, birthdays, weddings, teambuildings, and business events (always respectful of Amatciems’ quiet).

Minimum stay:  2 nights

Private sauna : fully yours to use during your stay

Parking: 1 car

Price: up to 2 person and includes your stay, bed linen, towels, bath robes, sauna and jacuzzi, BBQ equipment, final cleaning, service cost, water, electricity, and VAT.

Extra persons: we apply an extra fee of €25/person/night

Deposit: When booking accommodation, you must confirm an additional security deposit section, which serves as a guarantee in case of any damage to the home during your stay. The security deposit is not a payment, but a confirmation of the card data in the system.

Long term stay: If renting for 1 month or more, extra costs apply for the utilities (water and electricity) according to the meters.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your stay up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, 35% of the booking amount will be charged. If you cancel 1-7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount.

Hausregeln

1. No smoking inside or on the terraces of the house. 

2. No pets are allowed inside the house because of our high-end amenities and hygienic reasons.

3. You can park your car on the parking of the house or the landplot left from Ives. During wintertime, don't drive downstairs to avoid any complications.

4. Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior is not allowed in Amatciems.

5. We kindly ask to respect the internal rules of Amatciems.

6. Fireworks are not permitted within the Amatciems community for safety and noise control reasons.
