This house is fully surrounded by nature, offering you a private atmosphere. It is an excellent location for you, your family, friends, and colleagues. The house can also be rented for photoshoots, calm parties , birthday parties, wedding celebrations, teambuilding’s, business events etc. In Amatciems, ensure all gatherings and activities, including parties, adhere to noise regulations to uphold the serene ambiance of our eco-village.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Private sauna and outdoor hot tub (NOT ELECTRIC -HEATING BY WOOD): fully yours to use during your stay
Parking: 3 cars +
Price: up to 5 persons and includes your stay, bed linen, towels, bath robes, saun and hottub ,BBQ equipment, firewood, final cleaning, service cost, VAT.
Payment: Payment can be done by bank transfer (preferably), Credit Card, PayPal, or in cash upon arrival within 7 days after receiving the invoice. When choosing to pay in cash upon arrival, a 35% prepayment is needed to secure your reservation.
Extra persons: we apply an extra fee of €25/person/night
Deposit: When booking accommodation, you must confirm an additional security deposit section, which serves as a guarantee in case of any damage to the home during your stay. The security deposit is not a payment, but a confirmation of the card data in the system.
Long term stay: If renting for 1 month or more, extra costs apply for the utilities (water and electricity) according to the meters.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your stay up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, 35% of the booking amount will be charged. If you cancel 1-7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount.

House rules
1. No smoking inside or on the terraces of the house.. Some houses have a straw roof. Please be careful if you use or light up a fire
2. Pets are allowed with a 50 EUR fee
3. Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior is not allowed in Amatciems
4. We kindly ask to respect the internal rules of Amatciems
5. Please note that fireworks are not permitted within the Amatciems community for safety and noise control reasons
