This villa is fully surrounded by nature, offering you a private atmosphere. It is an excellent location for you, your family, friends, and colleagues. The villa can also be rented for photoshoots, bachelor(ette) parties, birthday parties, wedding celebrations, teambuilding’s, business events etc. For more information, please contact us through the booking request below.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Private sauna and outdoor hot tub: fully yours to use during your stay
Parking: 3 cars
Extra persons: we apply an extra fee of €25/person/night
Price: up to 9person and includes your stay, bed linen, towels, bath robes, sauna and hottub, BBQ equipment, firewood, final cleaning, service cost, electricity, and VAT.
Deposit: €350 (through our partner Swikly)
Long term stay: If renting for 1 month or more, extra costs apply for the utilities (water and electricity) according to the meters.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your stay up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, 35% of the booking amount will be charged. If you cancel 1-7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount.

House rules
1. No smoking inside or on the terraces of the villa. Some villas have a straw roof. Please be careful if you use or light up a fire.
2. No pets are allowed inside the villa because of our high-end amenities and hygienic reasons.
3. You can park your car on the parking of the villa or the hotel before the barrier.
4. Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior is not allowed in Amatciems.
5. We kindly ask to respect the internal rules of Amatciems.
